 Arjun Makhijani is president of the Institute for Energy and Environmental Research (Takoma Park, USA). He holds a Ph.D. in nuclear fusion from the University of California at Berkeley. He has written widely on nuclear-related security issues, including in the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists and Technology Review. He has testified before the U.S. Congress, appeared on national and international TV news networks and radio programs. His books on nuclear issues and democrasy were published also in Russian.
The Institute’s magazine "Energy and Security" has been publishing in several languages. We offer selected articles from different issueses of the magazine to readers’ attention. The articles written experts and scientists devoted to different problems of nuclear sphere.
